A'salamu Alaykum from Scotland.I've always known about Spain's Islamic history but pleasently surprised to see that Hispanic Muslims still exist!!Its a wonderful site with excellent photo's however there is always room for improvement.
Though the potential of the Ummat(Urdu)is truely amazing in all honesty i don't think we'll ever unite due to racist attitudes that exist within millions of Muslims from various backgrounds.Nevertheless i wish all Hispanic believers a safe journey to paradise which in no doubt is the ultimate aim of every soul that worships Allah!
I've always enjoyed visiting Spain and seeing the historical mosques that still remain.Peace, love and prosperity to all...
Sincerely,Imran.

Assalamu alaykum,
Great work alhmadulillah! Let us remember that our purpose is not to create more divisions in Islam...I think other people have outdone us in that..divisions of Arab, pajistanis etc. etc....let us not be divided by weather we are aztec, purepecha, spaniard, inca, meztizo o caztizo, but for saying la illaha ila Allah wa Muhamaddar rusulullah. At the end we are brothers in Islam and weather we are Arab, Pakistani, Mexican or Porto Rican who cares.. these are nations only that...WE ARE MUSLIM...

My quest inshallah is to have a Mosque
for Spanish speaking residents of Brownsville, Texas. Across our Rio Grande river is the city of Matamoros, Mexico.
For all practrical purposes we are one
community with a Berlin Wall between. But there is a need for at least one spanish
language mosque for the Jummah sermon to be in spanish and the prayers in arabic.
